3:2 is the same aspect ratio most cameras and phones use — usually no crop required. For Instagram squares (1:1) try 10×10 cm or crop the file before ordering.

The volume discount applies to the entire order. Order 12 prints and all 12 get the 5% discount — not just the last two.
Glossy or matte? Border or borderless?
For 10×15 the most common combination is glossy paper, no border — the classic photo-card look. But it depends on use:
- Album, gifting → glossy, no border
- Framed on a wall → matte, no border (crop must be exact)
- Polaroid-style on a wall → matte, Polaroid border (note area at the bottom)
- Gift-card style → glossy, 6 mm white border — frame-replacement
