Pigmenta started from a simple observation: phones quietly accumulate thousands of photos, but very few of them ever make it onto paper. We built a service that makes ordering as easy as picking — upload, choose a size, and two days later your prints are in a parcel locker.
Photo printing in Estonia has been around for years — rarely conveniently.
Most services are built for offices or high-volume customers. If you just have an afternoon from Saaremaa, eight wedding photos, or your kid's first-year picture, the process is more work than it should be.
Pigmenta is the answer. Upload from your phone or laptop, pick the size and paper, write the parcel locker. Orders before 15:00 enter the same day's queue. Usually in a locker the day after tomorrow.

We don't reroute your order to an overseas printing partner. We don't use generic third-tier ink. DNP DS820A is a dye-sublimation printer — the same technology professional photo studios use across Scandinavia and Germany. The paper is DNP's own original photo paper, 270 g/m².
Every print is reviewed before packing: color accuracy, correct crop, paper condition. If anything doesn't meet our standard, we reprint. You don't see it — that's our job. More on what we commit to and how on the quality page.

The company is Estonian — registry code 14201185, registered at Rüütli 38, Pärnu. An office, not a storefront: our core operation is online, prints to parcel lockers. But we're real people, with a phone that gets answered — and an inbox we read same-day.
Narrow focus, so that what we do is the best.
We don't print photo books. We don't make poster prints on banner paper. We don't run a large-format printer or a vinyl press. Those are separate crafts other services do better.

A good photo print is a technical job, not luck.
Colors have to be right. Paper has to last. The parcel has to arrive on time. If any of those goes wrong, it's our mistake — and our fix.
That's why we offer a real guarantee: if your prints arrive damaged, in the wrong colors, or otherwise off — let us know, we send a replacement. Up to 14 days from delivery, no long paperwork.
