From order to parcel locker in 2 days.

You upload

Open pigmenta.ee, hit Order prints. Drag photos from your computer or pick them from your phone gallery. JPG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF up to 25 MB per file.

Uploads go directly to our cloud storage — no waiting in the browser. You'll see a live preview of how each photo will look on paper, after picking size, paper and border.

You configure each photo

For each photo you pick:

• Size — 10×15 cm up to 20×80 cm panorama
• Paper — glossy or matte (same price)
• Border — none, 6 mm white, or Polaroid-style with a note area
• Quantity — how many copies of this photo

Price is calculated live. Once you cross 10+ prints, the volume discount applies automatically (−5% / −8% / −12% depending on volume). Single prints don't get the discount — that wouldn't be fair.

You pay

Card via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay — or bank transfer. With bank transfer we hold the order until the payment lands. Usually within 24 hours.

Order before 15:00? Same-day queue — lands the day after tomorrow. After 15:00 — next-day queue, lands in two days.

We print

The order moves to our workstation in Pärnu. Every print is reviewed: color accuracy, contrast, crop. We print on DNP DS820A at 300 dpi.

Every batch is hand-packed — rigid envelope, prints sandwiched between two stiff cards. Tougher than a regular document envelope. Damp-resistant.

Off to the locker

A tracking number is added and the parcel handed to the courier — Omniva, Smartposti or DPD, depending on the locker you picked. Usually arrives at the locker by the next business day.

You get an SMS with the locker code as soon as the parcel arrives. It stays in the locker for up to 7 days. You can watch the whole process at pigmenta.ee/track/PG-XXXXXX.

If something goes wrong

Parcel lost in transit? Prints damaged? Colors off? Reply to the delivery SMS or email info@pigmenta.ee. No long forms — we get the point and send a replacement.
